Jessica Seinfeld

She may be married to one of the most successful comedians and television producers in America, but Jessica Seinfeld has become a celebrity in her own right, thanks to her book Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food. As a mother of three, Jessica struggled with mealtime and trying to get her kids to eat healthy foods. That is, until she developed a method of pureeing vegetables and fruits and using them in recipes, such as spinach in brownies and cauliflower in macaroni and cheese. Thanks to her system, her kids were getting their vegetables without even knowing it and mealtimes were peaceful again. Jessica decided to share her success story with other struggling parents and created Deceptively Delicious, which includes instructions for purees and tons of healthy recipes. Never again will you have to tell your kids to eat their vegetables!
